The Manchester Basketball League (MBL) was formed in the Summer of 2021 by the Manchester Flag Football League, LLC and The City of Manchester Parks and Recreation Department. 

The league founder and operator is Chris Morgan. Chris has over 30 years of experience in sports management at the youth and professional level and currently operates the following leagues:
